Crab-Shaped Box, Henri Rischmann, 20th Century
Active in the 1930s, this artist became known for his taste for animal sculpture, his sense of detail and his creative spirit. This is indeed what perfectly characterizes this box sealed on a marble base and which represents in a very naturalistic way a large crab emerging from the water.
