Neoclassical Mirror, 19th Century

All in gilded wood on a characteristic red base, this mirror presents all the codes of neoclassicism in the 19th century. A straight pediment decorated with heart-shaped « rais-de-coeur », a frieze of oves, garlands and a cartouche chiseled with floral motifs, crowns a beveled mirror and framed by uprights decorated with ribbons. In very good condition, it is ideal for a fireplace top, a living room or a dining room.
