Pair of Wrought Iron Andirons, 17th Century

Worthy of a castle or large country house fireplace, these one-piece andirons are made up of long trestles (the long horizontal bars intended to support the logs) and the head of the andirons with windings and crowned with a wide knob. The set in very good condition is dated from the 17th century.
