Oil on canvas depicting a landscape, signed Arango. Twentieth century

The painter captures here a beautiful late summer afternoon, judging by the light, we can easily guess that this landscape was painted in the south of France. Beyond a hedge, a white path leads to a village from which the church tower emerges. Installed in the hollow of a hilly landscape, this hamlet seems very peaceful. The canvas, nicely made and presented in its original frame, is in perfect condition. The painter’s signature “Arango” can be read at the bottom left.
