Naturalist Box, 20th Century
Well aligned, arranged according to the species to which they belong and carefully labelled, these treasures for budding naturalists have been nicely framed. There is no doubt that this must have been a fabulous showcase for the person who designed it and whose young age in applied writing we can guess. From the bones and skulls of small rodents to the claws of birds and the balls of rejection from a tawny owl (how could the scientist have identified it so surely?), this little cabinet of curiosities will no doubt delight again a small or a big child. Very good condition.
