The posture of the character wearing a cocked hat is reminiscent of that of General Bonaparte at the moment when he intends to cross the Arcole bridge, in Italy, and finally tear it away from the Austrian enemies between November 15th and 17th, 1796. This little bronze is in perfect condition.
