Small Regency Chest-of-Drawers, 18th Century
We recognize here a Parisian commissioned work of very good quality, dated back to the French Regency period. This small piece of furniture with more modest proportions than those of a chest-of-drawers belongs to a very high-end furniture where exotic and precious wood species are favored, like rosewood here. This small chest-of-drawers is crowned with a slightly animated grey Sainte-Anne marble top. Period gilt bronze keyholes and handles.
